During the last twenty-five years, Gina has provided consulting to numerous billion-dollar conglomerations.   With her concentration in engineering, manufacturing, and management, she is able to lead many projects that achieve shifts in performance through individual sense making and group process improvement.  As a Professor with Capella University and Lawrence Tech, Gina has authored various published articles in scholarly journals and recently was the co-author on the SOAR Book.   Educationally, Gina has a BA in History, a BS in engineering, an MBA from Northwestern, a Master's in Organizational Behavior and a PhD in Organizational Development.  As ideal partners, Tiffany Yates is the presiding president of StrengthsNET.  With years in sales management at Cisco Systems, Inc., she understands product R&D in advanced technology.  She frequently advises business leaders on strategy, market analysis, organizational process and leadership development. She has obtained a BA in Marketing, a MA in Economics with an emphasis in International Marketing, and is currently pursuing a PhD Candidate in Organizational Development.
