Acceptance Quotient is a powerful tool that identifies the stakeholders that may be affected by the activities and outcomes of a project or could have subject matter expertise to improve the quality of the project design. The analysis assesses how those stakeholders are likely to respond or be impacted by the project. Stakeholder analysis has the goal of developing relationships and cooperation between the stakeholder and the project team to assure successful outcomes for the project.
